What he says:

“Everyone is different, that’s what I love about my job and what makes it personal and interesting. Not everyone wants to be a runner or a triathlete so for me it’s about keeping your workouts enjoyable and relevant, and working with your target in mind. Whether it’s weight-loss, building some muscle, toning up for a special occasion, or indeed your first triathlon. For some this may mean a gentle walk, for others it may be lifting heavy weights, cranking up the intensity on a circuit or building to a 5hr training ride. Whatever it is, let’s get started and make your sessions count. The results will follow.”
