A NOTE ON TRAIL SESSIONS:
Unlike the photo, there are unlikely to be any dusty, hot trails…instead, expect to find technical Welsh terrain with a mix of rock, mud, roots and inclines. It’s still February, so dress in layers and expect to get mucky!
Running off-road will test your bodies in very different ways to the track work. You will use more core, more arms and test your agility/speed of foot. The sessions will also involve some outdoor circuits – providing a whole body experience. Leave your slick white road shoes behind. Lace up your trail shoes and prepare to find your inner running zen.
