No gym classes? No Problem. I’m currently running 2 x 30 minute sessions per week as per below: (‘doors’ open 5 mins before stated times). Ideal for runners, triathletes or anyone just missing their group exercise classes. All welcome.
Weds 0730 GMT – whole body ‘wake-up’ circuit
Fri 1800 GMT – this is evolving into a ‘gold-dust’ session – mixing smaller conditioning moves with mobility, foam rolling and the little nuggets which make you stronger (with some typical circuit exercises thrown in for good measure)
Both sessions are completely FREE during lockdown, and will remain free for coached athletes when restrictions are lifted. No fitness kit required, just some energy and floor space.
