With the countdown to Christmas well and truly on it’s easy to lose a little motivation. That’s why it’s a great time of year to set yourself a fitness challenge.
Here are some popular ones to give you some inspiration, but feel free to make up your own……and if you haven’t started already, it’s never too late.
Try and make it realistic yet significant and then test your determination for one month. We all have areas of weakness, so this is an opportunity to work on one of those. Some ideas are below:
Cut out refined sugar
Make sure you have breakfast every day
Take on the 30-day press-up or plank challenge
Drink 2 litres of water every day
Cut out alcohol for one month
Stretch every day
Perform 30 minutes of walking per day
Do one ab exercise per day
Cut out caffeine for a month
