SUMMIT FITNESS novice sprint triathlon, 31st August 2014:
Wave 2 ready to go!
Held at the Vale Resort, and comprising a 400m pool swim, 16km bike and 5km run, the results are out now (thanks to Mike Bessell for the timing). A great effort all round, stunning autumn day out in the Vale of Glamorgan and a brilliant atmosphere. You now start September as triathletes! Nice to meet you all, and congratulations!
